Graspa Group, one of Miami’s top restaurant management company, was established in 2002 to streamline the operations of three very successful dining venues: TiramesU, Spris, and Segafredo on Lincoln Road. As the group grew, Spuntino Bakery & Catering, Salumeria 104, Spris Artisan Pizza with its 2 locations in the mainland, and recently opened Midtown Oyster Bar joined the portfolio.
The group operates the human resources, marketing, accounting and strategic operations of each restaurant. It currently owns all of its restaurant but in the past it has management other restaurants including News Lounge, Soyka, Van Dyke and others.
